Reporting to the Regional Corporate Communications Manager, DIC Asia Pacific Region based in Singapore, the incumbent will support the Centre of Marketing Excellence defined vision through the development and execution of online and offline organic and paid growth marketing campaigns (social media, emails, events) to drive commercial goals and new customer acquisition. In addition, he/she will be heavily involved with the set-up and management of the website(s) for the Asia Pacific region. Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Corporate Communications Manager, DIC Asia Pacific Region based in Singapore, the incumbent will support the Centre of Marketing Excellence defined vision through the development and execution of online and offline organic and paid growth marketing campaigns (social media, emails, events) to drive commercial goals and new customer acquisition. In addition, he/she will be heavily involved with the set-up and management of the website(s) for the Asia Pacific region. Digital Marketing

  • Plan, set up and manage all paid and non-paid digital marketing campaigns on DIC social media platforms.
  • Optimize and analyze performance (eg. Conversation rates to draw insights and develop recommendations) for all paid and non-paid digital marketing campaigns to shape future digital strategy.
  • Work close with the SEO agency to conduct keyword research, define keyword strategies, ensure technical compliance of sites, plan and execute both on-site and off-site optimisation.

Email Marketing

  • Launch and create email marketing campaigns on Pardot and conduct A/B testing.
  • Report and analyze campaigns using Pardot and make actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Team to identify and segment target audience for email marketing purpose.

Website

  • Review the UX/UI journey, identify improvements and support the website testing objectives.
  • Manage information on the website and ensure information is accurately reflected.

Administrative

  • Manage outsourced services in the digital space.
  • Manage all digital marketing and email campaigns progress and report to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team.
  • Provide event (online/offline) and internal communications co-ordination support when required.
  • Work closely with the Regional Corporate Communications for any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in digital marketing, communications, business or other related fields
  • At least 3 – 5 years working experience in digital marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pardot, organic search platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress and Social Media platforms
  • Self-starter, self-driven and entrepreneurship attitude
  • Meticulous with great design sense. Ability to simplify and conceptualise the complex context
  • Adaptable, hands-on and able to work independently in a matrix organization
  • Process and customer-oriented with data-driven decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity, compliance and professionalism
