In the wake of post-COVID-19 economic challenges and intensified market competition in Sri Lanka, DIC Lanka embraced a proactive approach to not only weather the storm but emerge stronger than ever. Recognizing the need for fresh ideas and collaborative efforts, DIC Lanka embarked on a journey to re-engage with customers and set a new benchmark for industry excellence. This consisted of client trainings involving R-PAC, Aitken Spence, PrintXcel BP, and Toppan Form. Below are some of their learnings to encourage team members and entities for customer retention:

1. Identifying Opportunities: Birth of a New Idea to Rise Above Competitors

In response to the difficult market and rising competitors, DIC Lanka took this opportunity to brainstorm and collaborate with teams across various departments (e.g. Technical, Sales, R& D, and Quality) and came up with a roadshow concept.

2. Hosting Insightful Training Sessions & Inviting Key Customers

During the roadshow, key customers will learn from experts on basic ink & Color Matching technology – where sessions are conducted by a veteran. This gave value to Lanka’s existing and prospective customers and foster long-lasting work partnerships.
