Key Takeaways from the Auditing Process

Key Takeaway 1: Highlighting Areas of Improvement in Compliance & Safety
Mr. Katsutoshi Nakatani, President Director of PJC shared, “I deeply appreciate everyone’s efforts in successfully renewing the ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 certifications. This achievement is a result of everyone’s dedication and the clear division of roles across the company. After reviewing the audit report, I see that there are areas where we need to improve. I encourage everyone to continue their hard work and focus on these improvements, particularly in compliance and safety. Together, let’s make PJC an even better company!”

Key Takeaway 2: Understanding Different Perspectives During the Audit
Mr. Harry D Munaf, Director of PJC shared, “I would like to say thank you to all the auditors and the entire PJC team for the tremendous effort in identifying opportunities for improvement within our processes. A key takeaway from this audit is the education we gain by learning to view our processes from a different perspective—namely, the auditor’s perspective. We must not be easily satisfied with what we’ve accomplished. Instead, we need to remain vigilant and avoid complacency, especially as we face the dynamic challenges that impact the implementation of our management system.”
The successful audit resulted in the renewal of the ISO 45001:2018 certification and the continued certification of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

Key Takeaway 3: Identifying Next Steps to Address Key Findings during the Audit
Mr. Rifian Tara, Management System Coordinator in PJC shares his heartfelt gratitude, “I would like to extend my congratulations and appreciation to the top management and all departments for their hard work and support. It’s crucial that we promptly address the findings identified during the audit, including the opportunities for improvement suggested by the auditor. I am hopeful that PT Pardic Jaya Chemicals will continue to enhance our capabilities and maintain strong compliance with the Integrated Management System we have successfully implemented.”
