Fire safety is not just a one-time effort. It requires ongoing training, inspection, and preparedness.
On February 5, 2025, DIC Compounds Malaysia (DCM) took another step toward reinforcing workplace safety by conducting a fire extinguishing system inspection together with the Malaysian Fire Officer, DCM staff, and contractors.
Regular inspections ensure that all fire prevention systems are fully operational and meet safety standards. More importantly, they help instill a safety-first mindset among employees, ensuring that everyone knows how to respond in case of an emergency.
While DIC APAC holds Safety Day annually in April, we recognize that fire safety awareness must be continuous and ingrained in our daily operations.
Through ongoing inspections, training, and collaboration with safety authorities, we aim to strengthen the fire preparedness of all our entities.
