Safety & Training at the Forefront
Throughout the year, each entity and region has made significant efforts to ensure that everyone adopts a safe work environment.
DIC Singapore (Jurong Operations in Tuas) was no different – ending the year with a bang with a Fire Safety Training Session (organized by JTC Corporation at JTC Space@Tuas) and a small get together & celebration.
Kanapati, representing DIC Jurong, actively participated in the fire extinguisher trainingJanice Lim, Head of Jurong Operations, shared that, “Safety is vital for success, and fire drills ensure our teams are ready for emergencies. As we close 2024 and look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to fostering a safe, collaborative environment and seizing opportunities for growth in the future.”
Strengthening Bonds, Encouraging Team Spirit at Work
Across the APAC region, DIC has been championing teamwork as a cornerstone of success, reflecting the DIC Way Core Value of Diversity in every initiative.
In line with this spirit, DIC Graphics Thailand and DIC Siam Chemical Industries came together for a team-building football match on December 25, 2024, at the Sea Complex Sports Center Bangpu.
The activity provided an opportunity for employees to bond outside the workplace, encouraging teamwork, mutual understanding across departments—key components in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Welcoming the New Year – Asia Pacific’s Focus in 2025!
Kickstarting the Year with an Energetic Celebration
This year, the region started strong with energetic celebrations for Chinese New Year 2025, bringing together employees to welcome the new year with positivity and unity.
In addition to the festivities, DIC APAC embraced sustainability by contributing to the: Every Bottle Cap Matters recycling movement within the Shenton Way building. Employees came together to donate bottle caps. This initiative aims to prevent plastic caps from ending up in landfills while raising awareness about recycling and sustainability. By participating, the DIC team hopes to inspire other entities and regions to adopt similar actions, making a meaningful environmental impact.
